As we live in the modern metropolises today, everyday we go to work by the fast moving subways, keep an eye on the latest news by your Iphone, and maybe you haven't noticed that even in the crowded carriage you still just can't help singing to the rhythm from your Ipod. Music can be found not only on our way to work, but also in every corner of our daily life.
Music is really a part of our life. We can't live without music like we can't live without air.
Music is part of our life, which is also someone's profession. Those who make a living by creating beautiful rhythm for us are called as musicians.
Most of what we're listening to nowadays are by those famous musicians, who earn millions by just an album. Songs by the famous musicians can stay on the charts for weeks or even longer. But i have to question here, is the music from them really great? My answer is no. I have to admit that their hard-working is worth respecting, but the popularity of their songs is partly created by the music companies or we can even say that it's the result of a joint effort by the music companies and our mass media. Some times the pops are just written by those unheard musicians but were bought by music companies who later gave those songs to those singers and music bands. This sounds unfair!
So is there anything we can do? Yes! The best idea i can ever come up with is downloading music for free from unheard musicians. Somebody might think that this kind of action will hurt those musicians but the fact is on the contrary. Once music from unheard musicians start being downloaded by people it's kind a advertising which for free to those unheard artists. Obviously, those unheard musicians can't afford expanse required in advertising thus free downloading is also kind a advertising for to those musicians. Moreover if the music that is downloaded for free go popular the musicians will soon get a contract from a music company.
Downloading music from unheard artists for free is not illegal, but a kind action of spreading or sharing wonderful music as well as helping those unheard musicians to get out the jam.
Understanding the relations between Taiwan China and Mainland China, well, on this topic i think what a Chinese is thinking about should and must be taken into account. But unfortunately, the reports we have are all from the westerners. And those experts and reporters just simply keep on talking about Beijing and Taiwan, which brings the disaster that many westerners think that people in Mainland China and people in Taiwan China have different nationalities. Therefore, the first point i want to make clear to all is that we're all Chinese, we're the descendants of the same ancestors. And today as one of the Dragon's descendants i would like to help the westerners better understand the relations between Taiwan China and mainland China
The relations between Taiwan China and mainland China, in other words, the cross-strait relations, are simply China's domestic affairs. Taiwan had been a part of China since 230 AD and was turned in to colony twice. The first time was in 1600s by Holland and was later reoccupied by ZhengChenggong. The second time was in 1895 by Japanese and Taiwan was colonized for 50 years and in 1945 the then Chinese government reoccupy Taiwan, which was admitted by the international society. Unshakable facts proving that Taiwan is a part of China can be found everywhere and are numerous. And i don't want waste time on illustrating numerous basic historic facts which can be found on the Internet.
The cross-strait relations are very simple in fact but many politicians who have ulterior motives just simply want to make it complicated or even worse. Why? Because of their dirty interests. They have to worry about their interests, for instance, if Taiwan became an SAR like Hongkong and Macao, Taiwan straight will be under China government's control. We can easily draw the conclusion that many countries and corporations have to worry about their petroleum safety, a very good example is Japan, this country is poor in resources, especially petroleum, their oil tank ships have to go though Taiwan straight. If Taiwan became an SAR like Hongkong and Macao, many arms dealers would lose one of their most important pocketbooks.
Many arms dealers from U.S sell weapons to Taiwan every year, but what if we sell weapons to the descendants of King Kamehameha? You won't be able to have the patience like us.
We're solving this problem in a very peaceful way, when we're simplifying it please do respect what we Chinese choose. Respect China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. The differences in ideology do not mean that you can do anything you want to a sovereign states, we'll do anything that is need to protect every inch of our land and protect the glory of our ancestors!
